Jin
About the Job
Early to mid 20s, Korean / Korean-American. Female presenting. Must be able to speak English conversationally and Korean proficiently. Korean fluency with a natural Korean accent is preferred, but not mandatory. OK to speak English with a Korean accent. Estimated: 2 shooting days Jin is an aspiring actress who is radiant, flirtatious, and far more perceptive than anyone gives her credit for. She is everything Miryo might have been: the woman performing by choice rather than compulsion. Jin is the kind of woman who’s been pretty her whole life, knows it, and leverages her beauty as needed to get what she wants without making apologies for it. Being a sensitive soul, she is intuitive to how people are really feeling inside. She immediately picks up on Miryo’s inner loneliness, lack of identity, and questions her directly on it. Though she may look innocent and easy to take advantage of, Jin has a coyness to her that hints at the intellect she intentionally hides from her producer and much older sugar daddy, Michael Kaufman.
